A tape that gets watched to the end has: even, flattering light on your face with no window glare; a plain, uncluttered backdrop (mid-grey, blue or white); clean audio with no room echo or traffic; frame from mid-chest up, eyes on a line just off-lens; and zero interruptions for the length of the scene.
